Typical Situation

Here are two heartbreaking accounts from war survivors in Northern Uganda that have been featured on BBC news in the last two days:

They are both from Lira, where we visted an orphan home, a Cornerstone house, and an IDP camp. These stories were reminders that even though there is peace at the moment, there are still people suffering long term effects of what has been happening for over 20 years. I continue to pray for peace to reign in the lives of people in Northern Uganda. You can read of my time in Lira here and here.
